Frankel graduated in 1980 from the University of California, Berkley with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and went on to receive his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1983. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1983. He is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Frankel has devoted his career to representing plaintiffs in complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases for over 30 years.
